Here is the release you’ve been looking for! We were completely inspired by the music this round, and the release is absolutely gorgeous. Take a deep breath... there is a lot of modern music. But don’t worry – it’s soft, smooth and utterly beautiful. You will get warm unbelievably fast in the Tai Chi track, but then soften down into full relaxed mode in Track 2. 

Then we build you back up in the two Standing Strength tracks, before finding your ultimate edge in the Balances. Warning: this is a BIG challenge. You may need a little humor in this one :) But Track 5 is possibly the most soulful, internal Hip Opener track we have ever given you – our favorite. We simply couldn’t decide who was to teach it this round... so we both are. 

Then the usual intense Core tracks with a wonderful challenge in the Back track, followed by some subtle Twists and the calmest-of-the-calm Forward Folds. Anthony Deyn’s voice is like caramel to melt you down. Enjoy and try to replicate! We hope you love this class like we do – thank you. Love Jackie and Diana

Secret - Seal

I was watching the last (season 7) from Medium, the final season of this wonderful show. Well one of the episodes of the show had the track Secret, I was hearing the lyrics of of the track in the background and throughout the episode, I knew it was Seal, so today I went and bought the CD. 

That track would be so cool in any Bodybalance (Original Artist) release.

Sorry, have not been posting on any of the sites since February, my day job took pretty much over my whole life for the past 3 months. I am a training complaince officer, and that is my day job, I have been working in my day job pretty much 7 days a week for the last 3 months.

We survived the audit :)


Lots of stress, but I got there at the end :)

I have been playing this track for months now.

It would be a perfect song for a track 1 in Bodybalance/Flow.

BODYBALANCE ® 52 SIZZLER- FIRST LOOK

This is the very first look at trhe sizzler for BODYBALANCE® 52


Invite your class to take some time out of their busy days and find a tranquil place in BODYBALANCE® 52. Your Tai Chi Warmup is more energetic and powerful than usual. Taking you into a new sequence of moves sees you paying homage to the Daylight in Sun Salutations, before joyfully opening up your heart to Give Love through Standing Strength. You’ll need to trust yourself during an intense Balance routine. Feel the elegance and extravagance... if your legs are shaking, they’re doing a great job! Pretty soon, you’re heading into an abs track billed as the most challenging in the history of the program, which is saying something, starting with a Pilates Roll Up for mobility and core strength. If that isn’t enough, you’ll soon make the acquaintance of Lola, a move that will severely test your pelvic strength and stability... and have you celebrating with joy when you finally nail it! If you’re happy, why not tell your face. Stretch out those tummy muscles by switching attention to your back, then release with some liberating Twists. Forward Bends start slowly in Gorilla Pose, but build dramatically to an enormous climax and finish beautifully with the Arm Circles you first tried in the Warmup. As the workout winds down, you can take this opportunity to be at your most expressive. But before returning to your real lives, make sure to thank your bodies for allowing you to relax a while and make a promise to yourself to return this way soon.

QUEENSLAND FLOODS JANUARY 2011

Some of you may not know this but this blogger originates from Brisbane Queensland Australia. We are in the midst of our worst flood since 1974. There has been a number of deaths and 66 people missing. It is a tragedy that I last saw in 1974. I thought that I would never see this again in my lifetime. This is worse than 1974 we now have a massive wall of water around Queensland. It is the size of Germany and France in area effected.

My thoughts go to the people effected in this flood.
