BODYBALANCE ® 35 - Presentation Team!

I can now say that the presentation team for Bodybalance 35 were Dr Jackie Mills and Lee Parore.

They did a wonderful job and enjoyed the banter between Jackie and Lee on the DVD. It is pretty much the first time I have seen the format change and liked the new format of Bodybalance which now has a more flowing feel to the release.

Track 5 is a highlight the connection between Jackie and Lee on the DVD is conversational and that's was awesome to see in this release.

I also like Lee Parore and his presentation style.

I also heard that Lee is back for Bodybalance 36 next year I hope that Jackie, Dave, Anita and Lee are all on Bodybalance 36 if so I am so looking forward to that. All we are missing now is Emma Barry. It would be awesome to see Jackie Lee and Emma do a Bodybalance together, the last time was Bodybalance 20 which was way too long ago.

IMO!

Wow just spell checked this blog entry how cool is the new spelling feature of Blogger :)

A very nice welcome back!

I posted an article here in 2005, essentially it was about a pose we did many many years ago.

Jackie has bought back this pose for the current release of Bodybalance 35.

If you are curious please check the link below :)

MY YOGA POSE ENTRY!

Thank you Jackie for putting that pose back into Bodybalance after such a long absence.

Some track 2's and then there is track 2 from Bodybalance 35!

There are some track 2's in Bodybalance that are special and track 2 from Bodybalance 35 "Wild Butterfly - BALLIGOMINGO!" is no excpetion.

What makes this track special?

Simplicity and not complicated - flowing and allows the class to get into the pose and work through the poses. What also makes this release awesome is that the track fits so well with track 1 and track 3.

Jackie has done some awesome work on this release!
