Hi! My name is Renata and i love your blog. It's very useful the tracklist part cause my teacher is always asking me for the musics before he gets the CD to learn the new movements. At first, i didn't get to the floor easily, but class after class i started to gain more flexibility to reach up the floor.
I don't know if you have a good flexibility, i have but mine's had to be work out so i could do it. did you asked you teacher how you could do ir better? Mine's says that you have to extend the back leg first all you can, then slip your front feet slowly until you feel pressure. Then don't force more. While you do it try to breath and relax. Don't be tense.
I'm sorry if it was not helpfull, and i'm sorry if i confused the pose. Tell me if it did work. Or not.
