Bodybalance 41 Track Omission

On the DVD there is a track missing it appears on the CD for the release.

Some people are wondering how can they learn it without the DVD as a visual guide. Most of my Bodybalance releases pre 18 have no DVD - Video for referencing I had to learn it from the Choreography and only the music as a guide and lots of research into the poses. It is hard to learn a release based only on the notes and no visual reference besides what I can remember in class as a participant.

The hardest to learn was the front end of Bodybalance 7 and the back end of Bodybalance 8 then the following week learning the front end of Bodybalance 8 and the back end of Bodybalance 7 to teach without a DVD for a guide.

Thats the fun of it for me :) to learn the poses and do research into the poses. Phillip and Jackie and Lee Parore choregraphed release 7. Release 8 was choreographed by Molly Fox :) loved her work and still enjoy her version of Bodybalance so much different than what Jackie does.

If you have a chance ask your Bodybalance teacher to teach those releases :) my class loved them :)
