Chris Brown in Bodybalance the debate continues!

Over the Les Mills forums a debate is going on over the use of Chris Brown and his music.

There is due process regarding Chris and what he did or did not do. The current climate says that he did what he has done. The courts will eventually sort this out.

Allot of emotional language is being used. People are making decisions and choices based on their choices to use his music or not to. The music is a side issue.

Two people were in a relationship - on a night of the Grammy awards situations and incidents happened. The courts will come into play and sort this out.

In the time scape between the incident and the court case. Hard choices are being made. People are drawing up lines in the sand. The I will continue and the I won't continue lines are established.

People make choices for their classes - they will of course canvas the view points of their members attending their classes. They will make choices based on that feedback.

The people in the class will say what they want to hear in the class or not. Opening the debate to the class is the only way I see out of this. If they decide that he should occupy slot no 7 in the class then they have spoken.

I wish someone from Les Mills comes into the thread and say something about the use of Chris and his music.

The debate rages and continues on.

DVD for BODYBALANCE 44

Awesome totally awesome no Jackie but I love seeing Emma leading the class.

Watching the DVD tonight :)

BODYBALANCE® 44

Today Bodybalance 44 came :) it was our 1/4 here :) it is such a cool release. It is a very athletic release. Track 1 and 2 are from previous releases. Track 2 has a different choreography from release 9 which was over 9 years ago loved that version of track 2. In release 24 it is choreographed different, and in this release it is different the same. I like this version but I love the version in Bodybalance 9.

Track 3 is a long track settle in for some serious standing strength work. You work both sides of the body with deep poses. I was pretty much spent by the end of this track dripping all over the yoga mat :) that makes me very serious about Bodybalance and Yoga. I left the mat in the same position.

Track 4 is not complicated to learn, working both sides of the body. There is allot of courage in getting into each pose and position.

Track 5 is a short track, you work both sides of the body. I used an optioned hip opener that I was using for along time. That option is coming up in Bodybalance 45 in May 2009. That is a bit of gossip :)

Track 6 is a hard core abs track again short but effective and brings back allot of old moves.

Track 7 has some old school - there is a new move in the release won't say what it is.

Track 8 lots of twist options - 4 phases and easy to learn. It goes back to core twists which is so refreshing to see - no complications.

Track 9 simple and easy right, not :) it is an awesome track 9 effective.

Track 10 is cool lots of time to relax.

This is a great release. An awesome release a great beginning to Bodybalance for 2009 :)

I am officially old school :)

I like it :) being old school that is :)
